About
Stable Lives

Here at Stable Lives, I can gently and effectively help you, your loved one and/or your family navigate the trying times associated with drinking, drugs and unacceptable behaviors. I also help couples, families, and individuals who are looking for any kind of change forward in their lives even when substances are not part of your story. I work with individuals, couples, and families.

Loving someone whose behavior is bothering us is difficult. It can lead to frustration, resentment, threats and even our own illness. Living in a life situation that does not fill you up can lead to the same things. There is always hope when we are willing to change something about ourselves...our perception, behavior or our attitude.

By using motivational interviewing and coaching skills, I can help you recognize what is working and what you would like to change in your life, relationships, career, or anything else you may feel is in need of improvement and/or inspiration.

"You Can learn and change in a state of pain and suffering, or you can learn and change in a state of inspiration. The Choice is yours.
- Dr. Joe Dispenza
